Production Facilities & Quality Control
Our facility covers 1,769 square metres and is equipped with a dedicated flag production line capable of producing up to 20,000 pieces per day. We employ 69 skilled staff members, including 2 R&D engineers who focus on pattern development, printing optimisation, and product refinement. The workshop is outfitted with 19 printing machines, 21 sewing machines, 2 button-attaching machines, 1 laser cutting machine, 1 dyeing machine, and 1 heating machine, all maintained for stable performance. With 5 experienced QA/QC inspectors, we implement strict incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure consistent quality. Relying on flexible scheduling and efficient processes, we can handle multi-specification orders and support small-batch, quick-turnaround production for time-sensitive campaigns.
